Cherish Denney

Cherish is a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer who believes that movement and proper fuel are key elements to a healthy, happy and sustainable life. After she tore her ACL in 2016, she fell in love with fitness and CrossFit during her rehab process. She has now been a CrossFit Coach for 3 Years. She believes that taking care of our bodies is one of the best ways to set ourselves up for success in life. Most people just need someone to believe that they can do it!

Cherish focuses on empowering people to believe that they are capable of change. She specializes in weight loss and strength training through personalized programing, macros, and meal plans, equipping her clients to make healthier choices, creating greater structure and stability in their lives.

  • Precision Nutrition, Level 1 Nutrition Certified

  • Precision Nutrition, Level 2 Nutrition (Currently enrolled)
